Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Contract Administrator responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of research-related and industry contracts, including confidentiality agreements, master agreements, work orders, clinical trial agreements, grants, subcontracts, and related amendments. The primary goal is to ensure effective contract management and compliance with organizational and sponsor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, revise, and negotiate contracts in coordination with research and grants teams.
- Manage contract intake, execution, and tracking through appropriate systems.
- Redline agreements using approved language guides and templates.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to implement required contract changes.
- Communicate with sponsors and internal departments regarding contract status and negotiations.
- Process master agreements, amendments, and modifications.
- Review budgets, complete required forms, and submit documentation for account setup.
- Maintain accurate records and support post-award activities as needed.
- Collaborate professionally with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years direct experience working on clinical trial contracts - CDA, CTA & amendments
Skills
- Experience working with systems such as MS Word, Excel, Access, PeopleSoft, iContracts, Cayuse, and Oracle enterprise systems.
