Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to take on responsibilities including creating reporting content for Epic applications, coaching and mentoring analysts, and leading analytics optimization efforts. This role also requires frequent stakeholder engagement and may involve travel every two months.
Key Responsibilities
- Create reporting content for Epic applications, including Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and Cogito SQL.
- Demonstrate leadership by coaching and mentoring analysts.
- Lead analytics optimization efforts and independently navigate through complexity.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience creating reporting content for Epic applications.
- Possession of up-to-date Epic certifications, preferably including access, clinical, and revenue data models.
- Documented history of leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to support project implementations.
- In-depth technical understanding of Epic applications and their integration with third-party systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
