About the Practice
A large, established, multi-site allergy, asthma, and immunology practice serving the Front Range for over 50 years is seeking a full-time physician to join its Fort Collins location.
The practice includes a team of 10+ board-certified physicians, 15+ advanced practice providers, and over 150 support staff across 9 locations, caring for more than 56,000 patients. Known for its patient-centered approach, the organization fosters a collaborative, supportive, and high-quality clinical environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Associate Physician to join a busy and growing clinic in Northern Colorado. This role offers the opportunity to step into an established patient base due to a current physician reducing her schedule, with significant potential for continued growth.
This position is ideal for an early-career physician motivated to build a high-volume practice and pursue partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialty care to adult and pediatric patients with:
- Upper and lower respiratory conditions
- Cutaneous and gastrointestinal disorders
- Hypersensitivity and immunologic conditions
- Perform and interpret diagnostic evaluations, including:
- Immediate and delayed hypersensitivity skin testing
- Pulmonary function testing and bronchoprovocation
- Rhino-laryngoscopy
- Radiographic imaging
- Collaborate with and oversee Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Maintain a patient volume of approximately 15–25 patients per day
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinical environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado

- Base Salary: $200,000 (Associate Physician)
- Production-Based Bonus: Strong earning potential
