Job Summary
Our client is seeking a diligent Mail Room Clerk to efficiently support the day-to-day operations. The primary responsibilities include managing records, processing mail, and collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull, re-file, and organize paper and microfiche records; coordinate off-site storage and box setup.
- Scan and index daily documents into the imaging system.
- Date-stamp and distribute incoming mail; process return mail, research addresses, and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
- Provide backup for the Mail Room and maintain collaborative relationships across all departments.
- Complete and distribute daily operational and accounting reports.
- Transport internal documents between departments and assist with lifting or moving materials as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Commitment to the full contracted period
Experience
- Past filing and/or scanning experience
- Some mail room experience
- FedEx, USPS, Etc experience
Schedule
Monday- Friday 8AM-4:30PM
