We’re seeking licensed Registered Dietitians who are passionate about evidence-based nutrition counseling and want the freedom of a fully remote, flexible telehealth role. This is a 1099 independent contractor position where you can build meaningful patient relationships, maintain your clinical skills, and create a schedule that actually fits your life.
You’ll primarily support members focused on weight management, while also addressing related conditions such as diabetes and metabolic health, using structured, clinically sound protocols in a modern virtual care environment.

What You’ll Do

Conduct 30- or 60-minute telehealth nutrition visits

Review patient intake and medical history prior to sessions

Provide evidence-based counseling for weight management and related conditions

Educate, motivate, and guide members using established protocols

Create post-visit summaries with goals, resources, and next steps
-
Schedule follow-ups at the end of visits

Complete accurate charting and billing documentation

Participate in required trainings and monthly meetings
Schedule & Workload Details

Minimum availability: 16 hours/week

Up to 40 hours/week available

Appointments are scheduled on the hour

Up to 3 back-to-back visits allowed
-
Limited work may be available prior to full credentialing (self-pay visits)
Onboarding & Credentialing
-
Paid onboarding & training (approximately 14 hours)
-
Training may begin while insurance credentialing is in progress
-
Credentialing typically takes 6–8 weeks (some clear sooner)
-
Clear documentation helps accelerate start timelines
Required Qualifications

Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential
-
Active state license in nutrition/dietetics
(Multiple state licenses strongly preferred)

Active NPI number (or willingness to obtain)

Comfortable providing care in a fully remote setting

Strong communication and documentation skills
