Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative proficient in managing heavy inbound calls to support patients on billing inquiries. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from patients about medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment options  
• Explain billing statements, balances, and payment plans clearly and compassionately  
• Record interactions accurately in billing and patient management systems  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve patient concerns  
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies  
• Meet established standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Home internet speed test with minimum 20 Mbps download/10 mbps upload speed
• 2 years of healthcare call center customer service/patient accounts/billing support
• Microsoft Office Skills

• Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
• Excellent written communications and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
