Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Representative to join their Member Experience team. The primary goal of this role is to alleviate administrative burdens from members by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and other service issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer service by answering questions regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims.
- Engage with providers and handle demanding inquiries with confidence and precision.
- Possess a strong understanding of claims and the follow-up process, including deductible and cost-share estimations.
Qualifications
- Approx. 3 years of insurance customer service experience.
- High-level understanding of claims and experience with EOB and eligibility.
- Strong phone and written communication skills.
- Experience in commercial health insurance preferred.
Skills
- Familiarity with claims processing and healthcare insurance.
- Ability to manage secure, private workspace and technical proficiency with personal equipment like a second monitor, mouse, headset, and backup internet solutions.
Additional Requirements
- Must provide personal equipment for remote work, excluding the laptop provided by the company.
- Maintain a secure workspace with a reliable internet connection and backup options.
