Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Credentialing Coordinator responsible for overseeing all aspects of client credentialing proposals, MSAs, SOWs, and RFPs. This role requires the ability to partner with clients to implement service solutions and ensure successful delivery of contracted services and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and assist with client credentialing proposals and contracts.
- Partner with clients to identify and implement service solutions.
- Ensure successful delivery of contracted services and manage communications and presentations.
- Provide input on payer contract issues, recommend enhancements, and support negotiations.
- Lead onboarding for new clients and maintain internal onboarding documents.
- Enter new providers into credential applications and manage ongoing data.
- Monitor and document third-party payer application processes.
- Maintain provider credentialing information and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Develop training strategies and guides for internal and external use.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of credentialing experience.
- Knowledge of credentialing concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working 30 hrs/week, within Central Standard Time
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Technical skills, including experience with credentialing software such as PECOS, MedTrainer, and Modio Health.
- Able to independently resolve issues and maintain effective working relationships.
