Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Quality Control Inspector responsible for the review and inspection of components and raw materials using tools such as calipers and micrometers. The role involves ensuring all specifications meet manufacturer drawings and entering inspection results into the SAP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Review components and sample raw materials using calipers and micrometers.
- Gown up and enter clean room areas for sampling as needed.
- Inspect raw materials such as APIs, vials, stoppers, and bottles.
- Perform visual inspections and measurements to ensure specifications are met.
- Utilize SAP for data entry and inspection result documentation.
- Follow GMP practices and participate in quality control review processes.
- Collaborate with the QCI team to make necessary corrections.
- Document findings and adhere to FDA regulations.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QC Inspection experience in a GMP environment.
- GMP industry experience (e.g., food, pharma, device).
- Quick learning ability with strong attention to detail and initiative.
- Preferred: Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of metrology tools.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work day shift hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday).
