Position Overview:
Seeking a technical project lead to support enterprise clinical application integrations during a large-scale health system migration to a unified Epic instance. Technical Responsibilities:
- Lead technical coordination for enterprise fax platform migration from RightFax to Concord, including access provisioning, onboarding workflows, system configuration, and timeline tracking.
- Provide technical support and break/fix resolution for integrated third-party clinical applications interfacing with Epic.
- Field and resolve production support tickets, troubleshoot integration issues, and manage backend server support activities.
- Support application transitions including migration from Meal IQ to Computrition.
- Troubleshoot and maintain integrations involving MIDAS and coordinate technical rework efforts related to Cactus.
- Ensure stability and performance of clinical application interfaces during phased regional Epic go-lives.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and operational workflows for supported systems.
- Coordinate technical resources and stakeholders to ensure milestones, system access, and configuration tasks remain on schedule.
Required Technical Experience:
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise faxing platforms and healthcare application integrations.
- Knowledge of user provisioning, access management, and onboarding workflows in clinical systems.
- Experience providing backend server support and production application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and third-party system integrations within an Epic ecosystem.
