Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Front Desk Specialist responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a healthcare setting. Key objectives include managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
• Providing administrative support to healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong empathy and a willingness to work with a community-based organization.

Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using medical scheduling software.
• Team player attitude.
