Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Program Administrator to manage provider agreements and contracts. The role involves collaborating with clinical, fiscal, and operational teams to ensure the accurate processing and management of contract agreements. The ideal candidate will maintain professionalism and compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Draft and process provider agreements, renewals, and amendments using approved templates.
- Ensure accurate version control, naming conventions, and inclusion of all necessary attachments for internal and external routing.
- Collaborate with clinical program leads, fiscal staff, and operations to define scope of work, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track the status of contract assignments, respond to updates, and document key milestones.
- Support the implementation of new contract workflows, including use of redlining conventions and updated boilerplate language.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and provider agencies.
- Participate in internal meetings related to contract planning, performance deliverables, or scope clarification.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with procedures and relevant regulations.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in public administration, contract management, or behavioral health program coordination (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
Qualifications
- Knowledge of behavioral health service systems, particularly Medi-Cal and grant-funded programs, is preferred.
- Strong technical writing and editing skills for contract documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and county systems such as SIRE or DocuSign.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet contract deadlines and manage multiple agreements concurrently.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively within a dynamic team setting.
Schedule / Shift
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
