Perform daily accounting transactions and ensure accuracy to support reconciliation processes

This is a newly created role due to growth and offers strong visibility to finance leadership, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to help build scalable accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
-
Preferred Qualifications

Experience preparing cash and accrual basis financial statements

Experience supporting multiple entities

Proficiency with Bill.com

Healthcare or multi-entity experience is a plus
