Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and revising them as necessary throughout the treatment process. The goal is to help patients achieve functional goals through therapeutic exercises and modalities. The role also includes delegating tasks, supervising PTAs, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient information and communicate the treatment process.
- Revise treatment plans throughout the treatment process as needed.
- Establish and instruct patients and caregivers in exercises and therapeutic procedures for post-discharge continuation.
- Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
- Complete documentation according to company policies and federal/state regulations.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Inpatient/outpatient experience preferred.
