Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to develop personalized meal plans for home care clients with chronic illnesses. The goal is to assist clients in making dietary and lifestyle changes to prevent chronic conditions. The Dietitian will work closely with a chef to create tailored meals for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop meal plans and menus for clients with chronic illnesses.
- Create meal plans for individuals aiming to prevent chronic illnesses through lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with an onsite chef to prepare meals for clients.
Qualifications
- Must have CDR certification.
- Previous experience working with patients with chronic illnesses.
- Experience working remotely is preferred.
- Experience with diabetic, high blood pressure, or autoimmune disorder patients is an advantage.
Skills
- Ability to develop effective meal plans.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with a culinary team.
Additional Requirements
- Expected to work approximately 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling during the week.
- Ability to work autonomously, reviewing patient files, and developing meal plans.
- Frequent communication with a chef and food service team.
