## Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Inpatient/Outpatient PTA to work in a small CAH with approximately 8 beds and 50 affiliated SNF beds. The position primarily involves outpatient therapy but also includes assisting in the hospital and SNF as needed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and flexible working in various settings.

## Responsibilities- Conduct therapy sessions, including modalities, therapeutic exercise, soft tissue mobilization, and more.- Provide gait training, neuromuscular re-education, orthotic/prosthetic training, and taping.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.## Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements### Education- CA state license## Qualifications- At least three years of experience in outpatient PT, acute care/rehab, or skilled facility and restorative program development preferred.- Must hold a valid CA state license.- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.## Schedule / Shift

8A-5P, 1 hour lunch, no weekends, no on call, no holidays. Guaranteed 36 hours, with staff typically working 40 hours per week.
