Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. Key duties include greeting and assisting guests and employees, managing communication tasks, handling mail and packages, and supporting administrative functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area with necessary supplies.
- Greet and welcome guests and employees, assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answer incoming calls, redirect as needed, and take messages.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory in collaboration with the Office Manager.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned (e.g., travel arrangements, scheduling).
- Coordinate client transportation by contacting funders or using the transportation portal, ensuring clear communication with all involved parties.
- Keep the parents' lounge area tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
- Native or Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to type 45 – 50 words per minute.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 2:30PM
- Language REQUIRED: Bilingual in Spanish
