Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Credentialing Specialist with a strong background in medical credentialing or provider enrollment. The role involves extracting and managing provider demographic, licensing, and application information while ensuring data integrity and accuracy within tight project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract provider demographic, licensing, and application information from various PDF folders and accurately key the data into the Echo software.
- Review payer-level information to identify and input effective dates and plan participation details.
- Ensure all entered data is 100% accurate, cross-referencing information against original source documents.
- Coordinate with the Credentialing Manager and internal team to meet project milestones within the 3-month timeline.
- Contact payers to clarify or verify provider information as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of credentialing/provider enrollment experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PDF management.
- Proficiency with credentialing software (specifically Echo) is a significant plus.
- NextGen experience.
- Ophthalmology experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to commit to the full 3-month project duration.
- Work a consistent 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule in the Arizona office.
