Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in providing exceptional patient care across multiple clinic locations. This role involves vaccine administration, including pediatric immunizations, and supporting clinical procedures. The position offers an hourly rate of up to $35, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering immunizations, including vaccines for pediatric patients
- Getting patients ready for exams and clinical procedures
- Supporting providers during patient visits and treatments
- Observing patients and documenting symptoms, medication responses, and treatment outcomes
- Collecting and recording vital signs
- Completing daily check-in documentation
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records using standard templates and forms
- Setting up exam rooms and ensuring all instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly prepared and sterile
Qualifications
- Experience with vaccinations
- LPN certification
- 2+ years as an LPN
- EMR experience
- Preferred: Bilingual

Additional Requirements
This position requires rotating between nearby clinic locations during the week with minimal travel time. The candidate must be comfortable providing pediatric immunizations.
