Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Revenue Specialist to accurately and efficiently process email inflow for the NSA workstream, track dispute updates, and provide solutions to changing behaviors in the field. The role requires excellent data entry skills and the ability to interpret complex requests.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently process email inflow for NSA workstream and track dispute updates in Excel.
- Interpret complex requests from arbitrators to provide clear and accurate responses.
- Develop solutions to changing payor and arbitrator behavior.
- Understand principles of NSA and process deadlines.
- Utilize payor portals to check eligibility, obtain remits, and verify claim status.
- Process high volume of data entry with high accuracy.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
Qualifications
- Remote / hybrid work experience.
- Revenue Cycle Management experience.
- Payer / health insurance knowledge and experience.
- Strong Google, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience required.
Experience
- Minimum of two years of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working remote.
Skills
- Technical skills: Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Soft skills: Team player attitude and strong communication skills.
