Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage the intake process for new clients seeking ABA services. This role is crucial as you will be the initial point of contact for families, providing information, assessing client needs, and coordinating the intake process to ensure a smooth transition into our programs. The position requires ensuring that each client receives the support and care they need from the moment they inquire about services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective clients and their families.
- Conduct intake interviews to gather necessary information and assess client eligibility for ABA services.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to schedule assessments and consultations.
- Educate families about our services, including programs offered, insurance coverage, and billing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, assessments, and intake procedures.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain authorizations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bilingual - Spanish.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or ABA industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathetically engage with families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.

Schedule/Shift
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (flexible).
