Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to be the "Master Planner" within their Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on designing secure, scalable, and high-performing architectures, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring consistency across their Salesforce platforms. Additionally, expertise in Healthcare and Integration is required to manage the connectivity between Salesforce and external systems, oversee full-stack development, and manage the CI/CD lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable architectures aligning with business goals.
- Define best practices, maintain technical documentation, and ensure consistency across Cloud platforms.
- Evaluate requested features against platform limitations and manage Salesforce Health Cloud workflows.
- Oversee and contribute to development using Apex, Visualforce, J2EE, and modern APIs.
- Manage the connectivity between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft.
- Manage the CI/CD lifecycle using Gearset and Azure DevOps.
- Supervise programming, testing, and maintenance of interfaces for quality delivery.
- Audit existing legacy systems for modernization opportunities.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Omnistudio Consultant.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in systems analysis and design with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a strategic approach to solution design.
- Experience in managing deployment of Salesforce and Omnistudio solutions.
