Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Aseptic Technician to ensure compliance with all current IOPS cGxPs, complete all required training items and uphold inspection readiness. The primary goal is to maintain Safe, Clean, and Compliant (SCC) standards and comply with regulatory requirements for all tasks performed.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all current IOPS cGxPs (e.g., Good Manufacturing Processes, Good Documentation Practices).
- Complete all training items within required timeframes before task performance.
- Perform all tasks as per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to IOPS Environmental, Health & Safety policies when executing tasks.
- Maintain inspection readiness at all times.
- May work within GxP/quality systems, perform documentation reviews, investigational support, validation activities, and ad hoc Quality Assurance duties.
Skills
- Development, execution, and review of aseptic process simulations.
- Risk-Based Approaches for Aseptic Process Simulations.
- Strategies for Challenge Conditions / Study Requirements for Aseptic Process Simulations.
- Familiarity with FDA CFR, EMA requirements and expectations for Aseptic Process Simulations.
- Familiarity with PDA Technical Reports regarding Aseptic Process Simulations (Preferred).
