Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Practice Administrator responsible for managing day-to-day operations for clinic office locations. This role involves acting as a liaison for providers, ensuring key performance indicators are met across all departments, and developing insights based on data analytics to drive optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for clinic office locations.
- Identify and recommend procedural changes and practice-wide solutions.
- Act as a liaison for providers to relay clinical and operational issues through appropriate channels.
- Ensure key performance indicators are met across all departments.
- Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations and Physician leadership for reporting and insights.
- Develop insights and recommendations based on data analytics to optimize performance.
- Manage Clinical Technician Manager and Assistant Practice Administrator.
- Oversee EHR, PM software solutions, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct monthly manager meetings.
- Ensure efficient Front Office operations including customer service and scheduling processes.
- Manage Assistant Practice Administrator and ensure compliance with practice culture and policies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in the field.
- Experience and knowledge in ophthalmology.
- High school education required.
- Out-patient leadership experience.
- Bachelor's or higher education preferred.
- Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant field.
- Specific experience in ophthalmology or out-patient settings is required.
Skills
- Technical skills related to managing clinic operations and software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
