Job Description
Medix is currently seeking a skilled clinician for a travel assignment at a premier outpatient facility in Beverly Hills. In this role, you will work as an integral part of a dedicated clinical team to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging for a specialized patient population. As a travel partner with Medix, you will be supporting our client’s mission to provide exceptional care while gaining valuable experience in a world-class medical environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume diagnostic imaging, averaging 15–20 CT scans per day.
- Conduct routine X-ray procedures (approximately 6–7 per week) and Bone Density scans (approximately 10 per week).
- Operate and maintain GE imaging equipment to ensure high-quality diagnostic results.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient charting and workflow management.
- Assist with starting IVs as needed for contrast studies.
- Provide attentive, high-touch care to a patient population primarily consisting of oncology patients, including VIP clientele.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licensure: Active California licensure for radiology and ARRT both X-ray and CT is required.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of clinical experience; a background in acute care is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with GE equipment and EPIC EMR systems.
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in starting IVs.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive professional demeanor. Candidates must be able to assimilate quickly into a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of focus on patient care.
- Bilingual Skills: While not required, bilingual proficiency is considered a plus.

- PET license or experience is highly desirable but not required.
