Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinical Site Manager responsible for supervising clinical staff and scribes, managing patient care delivery, and ensuring operational workflow efficiency. This role involves leading the team for excellence in revenue cycle management, including precise coding and insurance verification, while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise technical team and uphold core competencies in advanced scribe roles.
- Oversee patient care delivery and operational workflow in primary and satellite locations.
- Ensure precision in coding and insurance verification as part of revenue cycle excellence.
- Assist in workforce development, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
- Coordinate staffing schedules to meet patient volumes and authorize payroll submissions.
- Interpret organizational policies and maintain alignment with practice goals.
Qualifications
- Certification as an ophthalmic scribe -- OSC.
- Valid CPR certification.
- 2-5 years of retina experience.
- High school diploma.
- Certification COA, COT, or COMT preferred.
- College degree preferred.

- Leadership and team management skills to guide the professional growth of the technical team.
- Ability to manage operational workflows and ensure seamless patient throughput.
- Proficiency in coding, insurance verification, and managing revenue cycles.

Additional Requirements
Monday-Friday, 6:30-6:30pm with an 8-hour shift.
