Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Packaging Operator to support Visual Inspection, Assembly, and Packaging operations at a Fill/Finish facility. This position provides floor support during production activities and contributes to establishing or updating procedures and policies to ensure compliance with FDA and International Regulatory Body requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee programs to support visual inspection, assembly, and packaging operations at the Drug Product facility.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements relating to Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and Safety.
- Develop or update, review, and approve SOPs, specifications, and other documents to support drug product operations.
- Provide Quality oversight and guidance during on-the-floor manufacturing.
- Perform daily duties to ensure facilities and materials comply with SOPs and safety standards.
- Conduct quarantine and segregation of materials, and perform line clearance activities.
- Perform Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
- Review and approve procedures, documents, and records including Batch Production Records, and Protocols.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of EBR/Batch Records.
- Provide Quality support in electronic batch record design, review, and approval.
- Support and represent QA during audits and inspections.
- Contribute to process and system improvements and maintain project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences.
- Ability to remove jewelry, make-up, and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire.
Experience
- Preferred experience with automated visual inspection and auto synergine machines.
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in French is required.
- 1st shift (9am-5pm M-F).
