Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality individual and group therapy. The primary goal is to conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, and deliver treatment planning. This position involves working closely with high-acuity populations and coordinating with various support teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, and treatment planning.
- Deliver crisis intervention to ensure client and staff safety.
- Support clients with co-occurring disorders (mental health + addiction).
- Work with high-acuity populations, including those with severe trauma histories, psychosis, emotional dysregulation, and housing instability or homelessness.
- Coordinate with case managers, housing teams, and external providers.
- Participate in case conferences when assigned.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Deliver at least 25 hours of clinical services per week.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Qualifications
- Licensed or Associate clinicians preferred (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, AMFT / ACSW / APCC).
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) also acceptable.
- Experience in addiction and co-occurring treatment strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

- Confident, emotionally regulated, and resilient.
- Able to co-regulate with dysregulated clients.
- Strong clinical judgment and initiative.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Comfortable with autonomy and accountability.
- Technologically competent (EMRs, Outlook, telehealth platforms).
Schedule / Shift
- Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Lunch: 45 minutes
- Office closure: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Workweek: 40 hours
- Flexible day-to-day structure as long as clinical hours, notes, and follow-ups are completed.
