Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their Facilities team. The primary responsibilities include addressing various general facilities issues, such as HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, printers, and basic electrical tasks. The role will also involve assisting with equipment maintenance in cleanroom environments once automated systems are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general facilities issues, including HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, printers, and basic electrical tasks.
- Assist with equipment maintenance in cleanroom environments as automated systems become available.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with general facility maintenance in lighting, plumbing, and electrical.
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform carpentry, drywall, caulking, measuring, and use hand tools.
- Experience in reading electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other schematics/drawings.
- Automation experience is preferred.
- Pharma manufacturing experience is preferred.
Experience
- 2+ years in general facility maintenance related to lighting, plumbing, and electrical.
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing repair, and troubleshooting.
Skills
- HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
- Plumbing repair experience.
- Knowledge in electrical repair and troubleshooting.
- Mechanically inclined with general repair skills.
- Ability to read schematics and drawings for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Additional Requirements
- Shift: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
