Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to lead ETL processes, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering efforts. The position involves designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, especially focusing on biomedical time-series data and small dataset challenges. The successful candidate will build robust solutions for various use cases and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate algorithmic innovations into tested solutions.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Lead ETL processes, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering efforts.
• Design, prototype, and implement machine learning algorithms focusing on biomedical time-series data.
• Build solutions for classification, anomaly detection, regression, and prediction use cases.
• Maintain production-grade Python code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution development.
• Present findings and methodologies to stakeholders.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Education

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Qualifications

• Senior level individual designing, testing, and deploying machine learning algorithms in production environments.
• Strong foundational knowledge of probability, statistics, linear algebra, optimization, and both classical and modern ML techniques.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Matlab and C/C++ is a plus.
• Comfort working with CI platforms such as Git, Jira, and Bitbucket.

Skills

• Technical Skills: Expertise in Python, experience with Matlab, C/C++.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication for presenting findings to stakeholders.

Schedule / Shift

Hybrid onsite schedule.
