Our client is seeking an Epic Grand Central Analyst responsible for managing change requests, building new departments, and resolving tickets. This role requires specific Epic systems certifications to ensure optimal performance and support of healthcare systems.

• Manage and process change requests efficiently.
• Build and configure new department setups within the Epic system.
• Resolve tickets and provide solutions to system-related issues.
