Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Credentialing Specialist responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation to submit for all payers to link and associate the provider with the organization. The role involves making calls to check the status of pending applications and initiating the application process for pending providers. The Credentialing Specialist is expected to handle a volume of 7-10 applications daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain all required documentation for payor submission and provider organization association.
• Make calls to check the status of pending applications.
• Start the application process for providers that are pending.

Qualifications

• Experience credentialing providers (2+ years preferred).
• Does not require CPCS certification.

Experience

• Must have experience with Salesforce, Availity, CAQH, and/or Sharepoint.

Skills

• Experience with credentialing providers.
• Knowledge in Salesforce, Availity, CAQH, and/or Sharepoint.

Additional Requirements

• Onsite Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
• This is a contract position approximately lasting 60 days.
