Job Description

The Associate Therapist provides outpatient mental health services in an integrated behavioral health setting. This role is ideal for a new graduate or early-career clinician seeking strong clinical supervision, structured support, and a diverse caseload. The clinician will conduct individual therapy sessions and collaborate closely with an established case management team.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties: 

• Manage a diverse caseload of 30–40 clients, providing 5–6 therapy sessions per day depending on scheduling needs.
• Deliver 1:1 outpatient therapy for mild-to-moderate behavioral health conditions, adjusting treatment length based on client needs (short-term IBH: 1–6 sessions; longer-term therapy: 3–6 months).
• Provide therapy across the full age spectrum, with a primary focus on pediatric clients (approx. 60% children and adolescents / 40% adults).
• Conduct family sessions as part of treatment for pediatric cases, while managing adult sessions typically in the morning.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation for all client encounters and maintain organized caseload tracking.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and team meetings to support quality of care.
• Collaborate with the dedicated case management team to coordinate services.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., MSW, MFT, PCC)
• Registered Associate (AMFT, ASW, or APCC)
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Open to new graduates; clinical supervision is provided
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred but not required

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
