Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Assembler who will be responsible for processing and assembling trays/piece parts following a Bill of Materials, accurately creating labels, and completing all required documentation. The candidate should have the ability and desire to be cross-trained on all jobs within the Manufacturing and Returns department to aid where business requires.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular attendance required.
• Process and assemble trays/piece parts following a Bill of Materials.
• Accurately create labels to part following all requirements.
• Complete all documents, printed work order routers, and E-routers per GDP.
• Cross-train on all jobs in the Manufacturing and Returns department to aid where needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Computer experience in a Windows environment.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills to perform job tasks.

Experience

• 2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
• 2 years of electrical assembly experience.
• Experience with Oracle or Agile is a plus.
• 2 or more years of return medical device processing experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to bend over, pick up and carry at least 20 lbs.
• Ability to reach overhead and handle a 20 lb. tote.
• Ability to push or pull a rack or cart of totes, weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Sight corrected to the level required for detecting wrong components and cosmetic defects.
• Schedule/Shift: M-F 8-4:30p CT; every 4-6 weeks, a candidate will work 1 week of 10am-6pm CT.
