Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Associate responsible for working on biologics products through various processes, including weighing and dispensing materials, using filtration systems, and handling chromatography columns. This role involves preparing media and buffer solutions and completing batch records and other cGMP documentation accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh and dispense materials for biologics production.
• Utilize filtration systems, inoculate mammalian or cytokines cells, perform fermentation and harvest.
• Operate chromatography columns and conduct TFF operations.
• Conduct in-process testing, including pH, conductivity, spectrophotometer, osmometer, and cell count.
• Prepare media and buffer solutions.
• Complete batch records and other cGMP documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of previous lab and/or manufacturing experience in a GLP and/or GMP setting.
• No degree and 2+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with filtration, fermentation, and/or bioreactors.
• Biologics experience with techniques such as aseptic filtration systems, fermentation process, inoculation process, chromatography columns, and/or TFF is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Training schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday for the first 1-2 weeks.
• Regular shift: 3rd shift, Monday to Friday, 10pm-6:30am.
