Job Summary

Our client seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician to provide exceptional patient care by addressing medication needs via phone or messaging. The role involves handling billing issues, submitting insurance claims, troubleshooting complex pharmacy cases, and collaborating with doctors' offices for refills and coverage determinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak to patients 100% of the time on the phone or through messaging to provide their medications needs.
• Address billing issues by preparing and submitting third-party insurance claims.
• Troubleshoot complex pharmacy cases.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service while handling patient escalations.
• Work closely with doctors' offices to manage refill requests, prior authorizations, and coverage determinations.

Qualifications

• Active CPhT license in good standing with the Texas Board of Pharmacy, not expiring within the next 3 months.
• 1.5+ years of CPhT experience.
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Billing experience.
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Fertility Pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Prior remote work experience (preferred).
• Macbook/Apple product experience (preferred).

Additional Requirements

• Candidates are required to be on camera during training and should dress appropriately.
• No time off allowed during the first 3 weeks of training.
• Compliance training involves completing 18 modules, typically requiring 4-6 hours to complete.
