Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Member Service Representative responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound calls, providing accurate information regarding benefits, and resolving member issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of inbound member calls (approximately 50–60 daily) in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding benefits, coverage, claims status, and eligibility.

Document all member interactions in the system clearly and accurately.

Resolve member issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns to appropriate teams when necessary.

Assist members in navigating health plan resources, tools, and services.

Adhere to compliance requirements, including HIPAA and internal company policies.

Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, response time, and member satisfaction.
Qualifications

Official diploma (no transcripts or copies).

Experience in high volume inbound call setting.
