Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate. This role involves managing the receiving, storage, and dispatch of products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient operations within a dynamic warehouse environment. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and integrity of inventory and packages while working collaboratively with managers, co-workers, and other business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains sorter operation by removing full totes, replenishing empty totes, and ensuring proper fill rates.
- Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Prepares, reviews, and verifies receiving documentation and reports, and processes product deliveries.
- Maintains quality, accuracy, and integrity of inventory and packages.
- Completes work assignments using policies and collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers.
- Ensures accurate packing and shipping of pharmacy products and manages supplies for packing and processing shipments.
Qualifications
- Flexibility to work within the window for the 1st or 2nd shift.
- Able to lift 50 pounds, with warehouse shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills
- Adaptability to working different shifts as required.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy packages.

Pay: $15.20-$22/hour based on applicable experience
Shift: First shift (flexibility required) - 6A to 6P OR Second Shift (flexibility required) - 3P to 2A. 4, 10 hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
