Job Summary

Our client is seeking Billing Customer Service Representatives to handle patient inquiries, complaints, and issues related to billing. The role involves overseeing the collection of documentation from network providers and patients to ensure quality standards are met. Representatives will handle inbound calls, answer billing questions, and update patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries and complaints via phone and customer service calls.
• Oversee the collection of timely documentation from network providers and patients.
• Take inbound calls from patients regarding billing inquiries.
• Understand and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
• Update patient accounts as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
