Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager responsible for supporting business operations through the procurement and management of equipment, devices, and supplies. This role serves as a point of contact for caregivers to ensure timely resolution and escalation of equipment, supply, and operational concerns. It is a fast-paced, high-volume position that involves managing numerous responsibilities and multitasking effectively.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Responsible for all functions of equipment, device, and supply procurement and management. (Patient supplies and IT equipment for Providence staff, caregivers)
- Oversees ordering, tracking, receiving, and distribution of all equipment to support business operations at three locations.
- Coordinates off-site delivery of medical supplies including tracking for all of Southern California, sources non-allocated supplies, and acts as backup for caregiver supply fulfillment.
- Communicates effectively with caregivers and leadership to assure coordination of business needs.
- Serves as point of contact for all questions related to supplies and equipment; hosts twice monthly two-hour
equipment/supply support sessions for caregivers.
- Manages emergency equipment inventory and maintains equipment par level to meet business demands.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
- Experience in managing numerous responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
Schedule / Shift
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
