Job Title: VP of IT Operations & Program Management

Work Location: Hybrid Onsite - Phoenix, AZ

Note: candidates MUST be currently located in the Greater Phoenix area, or interested in relocating to Phoenix upon offer confirmation.  The expectation is in-office 2-3 days / week.

Our client is a Healthcare Services organization that partners with 100+ practices on central administration, marketing, accounting, credentialing and technology solutions.  This role is a Full-time, Direct-Hire opportunity to join the team as a VP over both internal IT Operations, external IT Services to partners, and a PMO overseeing key Technology Initiatives

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Managing direct reports across IT Infrastructure, Security and PMO
• Leading Corporate IT Operations, Infrastructure and Security
• Leading the IT/ Technology Service Delivery for 100+ partner locations across the US
• Working in a tactical leadership role to implement effective and scalable IT Infrastructure and security solutions
• Ensuring high availability, uptime and cybersecurity posture for all IT Infrastructure - both internal and with partners
• Maturing the organization’s IT governance
• Leading IT Process Improvement across IT Service Management, Vendor Management and the asset lifecycle processes.
• Building a PMO to oversee an EHR-consolidation and standardization initiative
• Building partnerships with product and services vendors
• Building rapport across all levels of the organization - partnering closely with executive leadership, and presenting solutions to the Board of Directors.
• Providing technology thought-leadership, emotional intelligence and consultative guidance.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• Bachelor Degree with a minimum 10+ years  IT experience 
• 2+ years experience in a Vice President role
• Core expertise in IT Infrastructure and Security 
• Experienced with multi-site IT Infrastructure
• Experience leading enterprise technology programs and building a PMO
• Prior Healthcare Industry is preferred
• Must be local to Phoenix, or willing to relocate upon offer
