Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Quality Coordinator responsible for assuring compliance of company operations with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. The role involves promoting Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. The Quality Coordinator will provide authority to approve or reject all raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, perform sampling and inspection, and engage in environmental monitoring as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve or reject all raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Responsible for sampling and inspection of all in-process and incoming materials.
- Conduct routine sampling and inspection of manufactured products and incoming materials.
- Document results according to applicable Specifications, Test Methods, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform environmental monitoring of aseptic filling operations and facility utilities.
- Initiate Nonconformance and Excursion Reports for materials, processes, or environments that do not meet requirements.
- Assist in problem identification and corrective action plans with Quality and Production Management.
- Approve for use or reject any incoming or in-process materials that do not meet specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Quality Inspection experience, preferably in the Health Care industry.
- Working knowledge of cGMPs desired.

- Clear, concise, and courteous interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to work with team members to solve problems and make informed decisions.
Additional Requirements
- Recurring physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, crouching, using tools, and frequently lifting up to 30 pounds.
