Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Claims Assistant who plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of services through effective communication and continuous process improvement. This position is responsible for supporting the claims team while identifying and executing opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The Claims Assistant will work collaboratively with the Account Executive Team and Clients to develop strategies and goals that align with the company’s strategic initiatives and core values. This individual will achieve customer service level agreements (SLAs) and foster relationships with clients and claims staff to enhance program capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1-2 years of Claims Assistant experience or similar administrative role
- Experience working with adjusters
- Familiar with workers comp
