Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Underwriter III to join their established team. The primary responsibilities include evaluating, analyzing, and underwriting insurance policies, with opportunities for growth to the Underwriting IV position.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite insurance policies in accordance with company standards.
- Work in coordination with a team, providing expert analysis and advice on underwriting decisions.
- Follow a consistent work schedule, adhering to hybrid or remote work requirements based on location.
- Report to the designated supervisor and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an underwriter, preferably in a similar industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Additional Requirements
- Availability to work a consistent schedule, with potential onsite days as per the hybrid model.
