Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Contact Center Representative who will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound customer queries related to their accounts. This role involves ensuring timely, efficient, and professional communication while accurately documenting calls and providing resolutions to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound or make outbound calls to customers regarding account queries efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all calls using appropriate computer systems.
- Follow up on unresolved queries and complete call-back requests promptly.
- Provide advice, information, and solutions to customers while maintaining a strong knowledge base of the procedures assigned to the campaign.
- Work towards achievable targets within a team-oriented environment.
- Adhere to quality scripts and maintain high-quality scores.
- Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times.
- Display a positive attitude and a high level of commitment.
- Attend monthly meetings to discuss performance and participate in departmental meetings as required.
- Comply with all security requirements under HIPAA/PHI as outlined in company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the leader.
Skills
- Experience in a contact center environment with knowledge of performance expectations.
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and patient registration.
- Understanding of patient privacy requirements for protected health information (PHI).
- Basic knowledge of best practice standards for customer service and management of customer expectations.
- Ability to use a personal computer and electronic medical record software proficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with competency in recording accurate information.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with proficiency assessments as necessary.
