Position Summary
Membership Consultants are the face of the company — driving new patient growth and sharing our mission with the community. This is an outdoor, relationship-driven field sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and helping seniors access better healthcare.
You’ll engage directly with seniors, community partners, brokers, and local organizations to introduce ArchWell Health and help eligible seniors become members.
The role combines B2C and B2B sales, community engagement, and healthcare relationship-building — perfect for a self-starter with a “hunter” mentality and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new patient enrollment by building relationships across your community — through direct outreach, local events, and partnerships.
-
Host and participate in at least 14 community events per month (e.g., senior centers, health fairs, local markets).
-
Conduct 10 or more one-on-one patient meetings per week to help seniors understand ArchWell Health’s care model and complete their first appointment.
-
Build referral networks with insurance agents, brokers, case managers, senior housing staff, and other local stakeholders.
-
Partner with internal Community Relations staff to coordinate events and outreach efforts.
-
Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage outreach activity, and document patient progress.
-
Schedule first appointments for new patients and follow through to ensure completion.
-
Participate in weekly clinic open houses and tours to introduce seniors to ArchWell Health.
-
Maintain ongoing relationships with patients to support retention and satisfaction.
What You’ll Need
-
1+ year of field sales or community outreach experience required (2+ years preferred).
-

-
Comfortable working in the field 80–90% of the time.
-
Strong technical skills – must be able to operate Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and EMR systems.
-
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 30+ lbs. (for event setup).
