Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor who will be responsible for providing Quality Line Auditing functions for manufactured products at their facility. The primary responsibilities include following AQL sampling plans, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining GMP documentation and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review area and equipment logbooks for compliance.
• Provide quality oversight of manufacturing areas and cGMP guidance for manufacturing personnel.
• Execute Quality AQL inspections of product attributes for various manufactured products.
• Conduct gowning and line/room audits, including weekly room audits for removal of residual components.
• Review floor documentation and ensure adherence to GMP and GDP requirements.
• Ensure correct expiration and manufacturing dates/formats are used in manufacturing.
• Logbook review and approvals for all manufacturing and maintenance areas/processes.
• Provide Quality and GMP oversight for all manufacturing and maintenance areas/processes.
• Support production operations using decision-making skills and critical thinking to ensure compliance.
• Provide clear and effective communications to Quality and Production Management regarding audit findings and/or areas of concern.
• Maintain a safe environment by following company safety procedures.
