Job Summary
Our client company is seeking an EMR Implementation Specialist to guide end users in understanding and utilizing an EHR software application effectively within their care centers. This role involves training staff, executing system setups, conducting pre-implementation planning, and maintaining educational content.
Key Responsibilities
- Train all end users and providers on the EHR software utilization.
- Execute all go-live processes, including system setup, configurations, and provide onsite/remote support.
- Conduct pre-implementation planning and workflow demo webinars remotely.
- Maintain and update all educational content.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, staying updated on application enhancements.
- Participate in EHR implementations, configuration design, and training.
- Monitor project progress and summarize results.
- Provide direction to training partners for end user training and go-live support.
- Develop training courses, videos, manuals, and guides.
- Support end users onsite and remotely during Go-Live of the EHR.
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in a healthcare environment is preferred, with knowledge of HIPAA laws.
- Experience with healthcare product implementation cycles.
- Proficiency in providing training both in person and remotely within a healthcare environment.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in creating system manuals, reference guides, and training materials.
- Project management execution skills.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
