Job Summary
Our client is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Patient Account Representative to join their Revenue Cycle team. This role involves interacting with various health insurance organizations to ensure that medical providers are paid promptly and accurately for their services. The position acts as a liaison between insurance carriers, revenue department colleagues, and medical providers, ensuring coordination and ongoing communication with insurance carriers to secure payments for outstanding invoices within 180 days.
