Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Security Analyst to ensure the secure operation of computer systems, server, applications, and network connections. The role involves implementing new security solutions, participating in the creation or maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures, as well as conducting vulnerability audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure secure operation of computer systems, applications, and network connections.
- Implement new security solutions.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of security policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of technical school certification and 10 years’ experience in the Information Technology field.
- CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or other Information Security related certification required.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Information Security field.
- Strong experience in enterprise firewall technologies and support.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, regular expressions, and APIs.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple work streams.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI, NIST CSF, and other security standards and frameworks.
- Experience with Security Information Event Management tools and rules creation.
- Experience with DLP tools and User Behavior Analysis.
Skills
- Technical skills in firewalls, scripting, and security tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
